I may have typo'd myself into a corner, so any help I could get would be appreciated.

I uploaded a recording, using "envelope3", as the artist identifier, "2010-10-15" as the date, and "oktava.flac16" as the rest of the identifier. After the files finished transferring, I pressed the "Share" button, and got an error:

-----begin error-----
Item submission error! reason: The identifier chosen is already taken. You will need to try an alternate identifier
-----end error-----

How do I try an alternate identifier without starting over again? I also don't know exactly which bit of the identifier was wrong. The error was reported to me on

http://ia311233.us.archive.org/share.php

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Brad

Brad - for you to get that error, the show should have a history here:

http://www.archive.org/catalog.php?history=1&;identifier=envelope32010-10-15.oktava.flac16

but it doesn't. Oftentimes when people get an id assignment error, they can get around it by leaving off the last part of the identifier - in this case, just using envelope32010-10-15. It's not ideal, but give it a shot and see if it works.
